Construction:
The hull, deck, coachroof and cockpit are constructed from a female mould in PVC and biaxial fibre sandwich. Where necessary different PVC densities have been used. The laminate is bonded with epoxy resin using vacuum bagging and oven post cured. Finish in gelcoat; the non-skid surface has been carried up to the deck by means of a female mould.

Various Details:
Rigid wings attached to the hull by bolts easily dismantled for ease of transport. Four tapered stanchions in stainless steel that can be disassembled, specifically designed fore and aft pulpits in stainless steel. Removable handrail.
The cockpit contains a watertight engine compartment to house the outboard engine.

Interior finish:
The interior has been created from a reverse mould sandwich, which includes the two berths in the saloon and the keel structure cover, and is finished with gelcoat: the berth panel in the prow is made from composite and is an integral part of the hull's structure.

Appendices:
The external rudder, which is easily dismantled, is made from composite and vacuum bagged. The steering gear is in stainless steel. The keek is in boxed steel and composite, made from a female mould: this guarantees the most rigid One Design boat as regards the weight as well as the profile of the appendices. The keel has a jointed assembly system and can be disassembled for easy transportation. The bulb is in antimoniated lead at 4% (400 kg.).

Mast:
The mast is in aluminium with two spreaders. Discontinuous, rod rigging with Ronstan turnbuckles. A mainsail halyard in spectra, two yankee halyards, a highload, prestretched spinnaker halyard. The boom is in aluminium: the cone-shaped spinnaker boom is also in aluminium, 60mm diameter, with wire bridles.

On-deck equipment:
The equipment is all from Harken and of adequate dimensions, including a single-speed wheelhouse winch and two-speed Genoa and runner winches. All the equipment is fixed on the deck with stainless steel nuts and bolts.

Optionals:
Gelcoat in different colours to those listed. Personalised graphics on the hull and deck. Colours for the mast, boom and spinnaker boom.
Selftailing for the yankee and runner winches. Cushion for the prow berth. Cockpit cover and main cover. Spinnaker bag. Engine and engine support. Hoisting eyebolt. Cradle, with or without wheels. Trailer. Electrical wiring. Manual or electronic compass, Windex, Log.
